For a wide range of reasons, people like me can feel left out. We will then define others as problems. Usually we are not sophisticated enough to free ourselves of our own broken assumptions.
There is a continuum. At one end are people who seldom experience meaning in what they do, at the other end, are people who often experience meaning in what they do. A positive organization attracts people to the latter end of the continuum.
It’s easy to see people as problems. In fact it is absolutely natural and normal. If a person is a problem, the conventional response is to distance myself in some way.
