While most organizations invest time and resources in beginnings, not all companies make a similar investment in the human side of endings–and the results of that are easy to see.
People who have built positive organizations understand that creative interdependence and self-organizing processes are born of inspiration, belief and commitment. From the initial moment of design, they seek to create organizations in which people can willingly invest and personally grow.
For a wide range of reasons, people like me can feel left out. We will then define others as problems. Usually we are not sophisticated enough to free ourselves of our own broken assumptions.
Differentiated people become integrated people. The collective intelligence climbs. Efforts become self-organizing and hierarchical direction is much less necessary. In this high state of collaboration, the group flourishes and exceeds expectations.
